ISO Certification Question

ISO Question: If my company has an ISO certificate with the address on it of City A, and we get another project in City B, is our certificate valid in City B too?

hmmm that’s a good question, I guess for cities it is fine but for countries it would not. I am clueless.

Why would applicability remain for different cities and not for different countries? I guess for different countries it makes sense not to be applicable as the legal register/laws/regulations is different

What about cities that have different laws, that is possible, for example cities in different states
